A parking structure is an asset that you don’t want to be forced to replace due to structural damage from water causing the steel reinforcements to rust and deteriorate. The lifespan of a parking structure will greatly increase with a protective waterproof coating. Our coatings prevent the water from entering the structure and deteriorating the concrete and the steel reinforcements. Does your structure have cracks?

Some cracks can simply be caulked, but structural crack repair is sometimes necessary for parking structures over time. We install a carbon fiber reinforcement and port inject epoxy to ensure that structure is restored to previous load requirements. It also ensures water will not leak into the slab and deteriorate the steel reinforcements. Cracks can occur on a structure for a number of different reasons, but now we have a solution.
